Good variety of food. Love to get sushi and soup in the same place. I usually go there when I want my fast sushi fix.

I usually steer clear of AYCE Buffet restaurants. Quantity is often prioritized over quality. Tomi Sushi and Seafood Buffet is an exception. Sure, some dishes are better than others but the number of items available to choose from is impressive. Chinese cuisine is well represented in one section. Dishes like roasted pork, chicken, duck, fried chicken, fried shrimp, fried squid and steamed fish is presented in one section. A variety of hot vegetables, seafood and noodle dishes in another section. There is a soup station with several choices and steamed rice. There is a section with dim sum and Japanese dishes like tempura vegetables, tempura shrimp and grilled meats. In a separate area is a massive sushi and poke section. There is sushi of all styles with sushi chefs constantly replenishing the trays in front of you. Escargot, steamed prawns and a variety of shellfish is also in this area. The quality of the seafood was generally excellent. Several wait staff patrolled the massive dining room providing drinks and cleaning empty plates quickly and efficiently. When I'm in the mood to overeat Tomi Sushi and Seafood Buffet is my first choice.

It's true that not all their food is amazing, but given the large selection they offer, it's inevitable. Some dishes are better than others, and exploring a little bit of everything is the fun part of going to a buffet. It's an excellent choice for family and big group, since everyone gets to choose what they like. It's great price for weekday lunch if you don't mind having a bit less options. Honestly, it's still a lot of food choices to choose from. Unless you're going for the seafood, then dinner is better. Fast service.

This is the only buffet available after the pandemic that, according to my friend, is good. Birthday baby comes here for free with 2 additional patrons, the date cut off is 3 days, so you can come any time 3 days before or after the birth date. Service is good. We are a party of 9, so reservation time is constrained to 5:30pm. Nevertheless, it seems the restaurant is no longer full after 6:30pm. People don't seem to linger, they finish and leave even the eating time is 2 hours. The food selection is good. Here are the highlights: Cold bar: raw oyster, raw scallop on shells (huge and fresh!), seaweed salad, sashimi (salmon, hamachi, white tuna?) and tuna tataki. There are also sushi and salmon skin handrolls. Good variety of sushi. Dim sum: har gaw but no shiu mai, steam BBQ pork bun, steam lava egg yolk bun (good and runny), sticky rice, steamed birthday peach bun with red bean filling, xlb Noodle soup: the beef flank is soft and juicy, although it's a beef flank noodle soup made to order, you can just ask for the beef flank. Fried milk custard is good. They have veg and shrimp tempura also. Soup: they have 4 kinds: sweet and sour, miso, seafood, and chicken, and Chinese medicine soups. The chicken and Chinese medicine soup is good and sweet and sour isn't. Hot entree: lobster and crab are ok, not super fresh. I like the bean-paste baked oysters. Veggie are fresh and tasty. BBQ pork is just OK, and steamed fish is good. They also have clams, mussels, and walnut shrimp, but I ran out of room to try them. Desserts: Chinese red bean soup is placed next to dim sum. The creme brulee is great! The mousse has too much gelatin powder inside. The Napolene is not good. They also have jello, fruit, and ice cream.
